Some things simply cannot be taken care of from afar. We coordinate appointments and oversee work at your property, making sure everything is arranged and carried out as agreed.
We can assist you with things such as:
- Tradespeople and repair appointments
- Scheduling and coordinating service providers
- Access to your property when you cannot be there yourself
- Property inspections and assessments
- Liaising with tradespeople and other service providers
- Checking that agreed work has been completed
- Photos and documentation after appointments
- Mail, parcels and deliveries
- Arranging smaller necessary tasks
- Coordinating urgent or unexpected issues
You’ll always know what’s happening. We discuss what needs to be done with you, agree on the next steps and, if you wish, keep you updated with photos and regular information.
Especially when you own a holiday home or second home, it’s reassuring to know that someone you trust is nearby and looking after your property.
We don’t replace tradespeople or specialist contractors. Instead, we make sure the right people have access to your property and that you can stay on top of things, even when you’re not there.
