How your Maison Check works
01 · Preparation
Before the appointment, you have a personal preliminary conversation with Eleonore Latz.
Together, you discuss your wishes and questions. Any available documents relating to the house are reviewed so that Eleonore Latz can prepare thoroughly for the visit.
02 · On-site analysis
Eleonore Latz takes up to three hours to look at your house and its grounds.
The focus is on light, spaces, materials and possibilities for use – as well as the essential question:
What potential does the house already have?
03 · Your personal Maison-Dossier
After the visit, you receive a 12–18-page Maison-Dossier including photographic documentation, recommendations, priorities and a first project roadmap.
The insights gained during the visit therefore do not remain simply ideas, but become a structured foundation for your next decisions.
04 · Personal closing conversation
During a final 60-minute conversation, Eleonore Latz discusses the findings with you and helps you understand and assess the possible next steps.

More than 20 years of personal experience in renovation, holiday rentals and house management in Pleubian, combined with experience in set design, interior design, organisation and a well-established regional network.
Every Maison Check is carried out personally by Eleonore Latz – from the initial conversation and on-site analysis to the Maison-Dossier and final discussion.

For larger or more complex properties, an individual proposal will be prepared in advance.
